Intercultural Training Program on IRAQ

     Tucker International delivers an intercultural training program on Iraq for corporate contract personnel assigned there for reconstruction work. This short, intensive program prepares people for the realities they will face in making a successful adjustment to life and work in Iraq. It is delivered by Iraqi and American expert trainers on Iraq, Islam and the Middle East. It features a "Live from Baghdad" teleconference with a consultant living in the Green Zone in Baghdad. Participant profiles on the Overseas Assignment Inventory (OAI) are used for feedback and development on the motivations, expectations, attitudes and characteristics required for success in Iraq.
